Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Delivery Responsibility: Rel❤︎vé is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.
Lost or Stolen Packages: In the event a package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, we are unable to issue replacements or refunds. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Delays: Rel❤︎vé is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
