Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Delivery Responsibility
Relové is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
In the event a package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, we are unable to issue replacements or refunds. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Delays
Relové is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
