All items are described in detail, including any signs of wear, and accompanied by high-quality photographs to give you an accurate representation. Each listing also includes a condition rating — New with Tags, Excellent, Very Good, Good, or Fair.

Yes! You can contact us with your request and we'll do our best to source it for you. We collaborate with an extensive network of luxury consignors and may be able to locate rare or hard-to-find pieces.

Each listing includes care tips, and our customer service team is available to provide guidance on proper maintenance for your designer pieces. We recommend storing handbags in their dust bags away from direct sunlight and humidity.

No, all sales at Relové Miami are final. We carefully describe each item and provide detailed photos to ensure you know exactly what you're purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece before buying, please reach out — we're happy to provide additional photos or information.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment platforms such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Layaway is also available — contact us to arrange a payment plan.

Currently, we primarily ship within the U.S., including Miami. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes. We accept luxury consignments. We handle photography, listing, authentication, and shipping — you simply collect your payout once the item sells. Please fill out our consignment form or contact us directly for evaluation and details.
